I love it when my couples expect nothing less than the extraordinary.
It doesn’t just fuel my passion, it pushes me to keep expanding my creative vision. Traveling the world, I always took mental notes on unusual spots that would make interesting engagement sessions. Every now and then, I would suggest these secret locations to my couples who’s ready to brave new exotic places, wear heels for a long duration or even change clothes in the middle of nowhere. I’ve been very lucky to have super trooper clients who have literally gone the extra mile (in every possible way), to help turn my vision into a reality.
Recently shot Lex and Cathy in Lijiang. This was a provincial part of China that was not the easiest to get to. In fact, we had oxygen cans on some parts because the elevation was so high. But the landscapes were spectacular and the lighting surreal: Almost otherworldly. And this really drove me to create something unique and special for them. Not to mention, making my couples look effortlessly good all the time!
